MTEC proudly announces a collegiate partnership with Vision West Nottinghamshire College for temporary and permanent recruitment.

We are in alignment with their Mission and Values to enable the community to thrive. Helping raise aspirations and encouragement to stretch the boundaries of potential and partnerships.

Respect Integrity Collaboration High Expectations Responsibility

MTEC's role is to bring together the vast experience of the construction industry's skill sets into the education sector to support & enhance the high level of teaching, assessing and training already within the college education systems.

We are recruiting from various trades for full and part-time roles.

ARE YOU READY to down the tools or leave a stressful management role and embark on a new career path utilising the skill set you have worked hard to achieve?

We NEED your vast knowledge and experience within various trades to support our tutors, deliver training and assess the future builders of our great country and countries further afield.

We NEED your wealth of knowledge to transfer to, guide and support our future apprentices to thrive in the real world of construction.

OUR COLLEGES NEED YOU!!

You do not have to have any teacher or training qualifications as the college will pay for & provide the courses.

Each year the college provides education and training to some 14,000 full and part-time students (including 4,000 apprentices) across all major industry sectors from entry level to level 5.

The college's £50 million redevelopment has now reached completion, which means new buildings, new facilities and new opportunities. Students learn in state-of-the-art facilities, with industry-standard equipment, allowing them to hone their skills for employment.

At college, we embrace and encourage all those who are driven to better themselves, achieve their goals and reach new heights. Outstanding resources combined with exceptional teachers and student support means that whatever your ambition, we can help you to achieve it
